Our History
At Blue Skies Outfitters, we've been providing high-quality upland hunting since 2019. Our company was started by Payne Ahrens in South Dakota, and we've grown into what some have called the best upland bird outfitter in the great state of Nebraska. We're proud of how far we have come and our commitment to providing the best upland hunting and guiding service to our customers.

Our vision at Blue Skies Outfitters is to create the best possible opportunities for our clients while also having a sustainable population of pheasants and quail.. We believe that building and managing the best habitat for upland birds is the best way to supply our clients with the best hunting opportunities. That's why we're dedicated to providing high-quality habitat and predator control for our birds.
What We Offer
At Blue Skies Outfitters, we offer a guided hunting experience, including pheasants and quail. All of our hunts are made possible by our owner, Payne, and his high powered German Shorthair Pointers. We also offer dog training and lodging at our new, Beyond Limits Lodge located in Superior, Nebraska.
